What is Buffseek?
Buffseek is an electric dirt bike brand focused on powerful, practical, and exciting off-road riding products.
Are Buffseek electric dirt bikes street legal?
Unless otherwise clearly stated, Buffseek electric dirt bikes are intended for off-road use only.
Laws vary by state, city, and local area. Customers are responsible for checking local laws, registration requirements, age requirements, helmet rules, and riding restrictions before using the product.
Who can ride a Buffseek electric dirt bike?
Riders should be qualified, responsible, and physically capable of operating the product safely. Always follow the product instructions, local laws, and safety guidelines.
We recommend wearing a helmet, gloves, eye protection, and appropriate protective riding gear.
Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently focus on shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Some remote locations, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses may not be supported.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on location, carrier schedule, warehouse processing, and freight delivery arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, remote locations, or incorrect addresses.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Because electric dirt bikes are large items, some deliveries may require an appointment, phone confirmation, or signature.
Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are accurate when placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not ridden, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, chargers, batteries, keys, tools, and original parts.
Can I return a used electric dirt bike?
Used products, ridden products, damaged products, modified products, or products missing original packaging or parts may not be eligible for return or refund.
Do I need approval before returning an item?
Yes. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For large-item returns, shipping costs may be significant.
Warranty and Product Support
Does Buffseek offer a warranty?
Yes. Buffseek provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or missing parts?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buffseekbike.com.
Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label.
Are wear-and-tear parts covered by warranty?
Wear-and-tear parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, grips, seats, plastic covers, and cosmetic finishes are generally not covered unless they are defective upon arrival.
Battery and Charging
How should I charge the battery?
Use only the original charger provided with your Buffseek product. Follow the charging instructions included with your product.
Do not use incompatible chargers, damaged chargers, or unauthorized battery accessories.
How should I store the battery?
Store the battery in a dry, cool, and safe place. Avoid extreme heat, extreme cold, water exposure, direct sunlight, and long-term storage with a fully discharged battery.
Improper charging or storage may reduce battery performance or cause damage.
Safety
Do I need protective gear?
Yes. Always wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear when riding.
Electric dirt bikes can be powerful and may cause serious injury if used improperly.
Can I modify my electric dirt bike?
Unauthorized modifications may affect safety, performance, warranty coverage, and legal compliance. We do not recommend modifying the product or using non-original parts without approval.
