Warranty Policy

At Buffseek, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to ride with confidence. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty support.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from buffseekbike.com or an authorized Buffseek sales channel.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Buffseek provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period starts from the date your order is delivered.

Throttle, wiring, switches, and electronic accessories 6 months

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if a covered component has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Buffseek may, at our discretion, provide one or more of the following solutions:

  • Troubleshooting support

  • Replacement parts

  • Repair instructions

  • Partial replacement of defective components

  • Product replacement, if necessary and approved by Buffseek

Buffseek will determine the appropriate solution based on the issue, product condition, available parts, and warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance

  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, crashes, impacts, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Water damage, corrosion, rust, or exposure to extreme weather

  • Racing, stunt riding, jumping, overloading, or commercial use

  • Use on public roads, trails, or areas where the product is not legally permitted

  • Failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, or maintenance guidelines

  • Use of non-original or incompatible parts, chargers, batteries, or accessories

  • Battery damage caused by improper charging, overcharging, deep discharge, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

Wear-and-Tear Parts

The following items are considered wear-and-tear parts and are not covered by warranty unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Tires

  • Inner tubes

  • Brake pads

  • Brake discs

  • Chains

  • Sprockets

  • Bearings

  • Cables

  • Grips

  • Seats

  • Foot pegs

  • Plastic covers

  • Paint, decals, and cosmetic finishes

Battery Warranty

Battery performance may naturally decrease over time and with use. Normal battery capacity reduction is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Battery warranty does not cover damage caused by improper charging, using an incompatible charger, storing the battery fully discharged, exposure to water, excessive heat or cold, physical impact, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow battery care instructions.

To maintain battery health, please use only the original charger provided by Buffseek and follow all charging and storage instructions.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the packaging, and the shipping label.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, or another approved remedy.

How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty support, please contact us at:

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and contact information

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

  • Photos of the product serial number, if available

  • Any troubleshooting steps you have already tried

Our support team may ask for additional photos, videos, or testing steps to help diagnose the issue.

Warranty Inspection and Resolution

Buffseek reserves the right to determine whether an issue is covered under warranty.

In many cases, warranty issues can be resolved by providing replacement parts and repair guidance. Customers may be responsible for basic installation or working with a local repair technician.

If a product or part needs to be returned for inspection, you must contact us first and receive return authorization. Please do not send any product or part to our warehouse without approval.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a covered defect is confirmed, Buffseek may cover the cost of sending replacement parts to the customer.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to returning products or parts for inspection, especially if the issue is not covered by warranty or is caused by misuse, damage, modification, or improper handling.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided by Buffseek unless otherwise stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buffseek is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost time, lost use, repair labor, transportation costs, rental costs, or lost profits.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your state, province, or country of residence.

Important Safety Notice

Buffseek electric dirt bikes are intended for responsible use by qualified riders. Always wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear. Riders are responsible for following all local laws, age requirements, riding restrictions, registration requirements, and safety regulations.

Unless otherwise clearly stated, Buffseek electric dirt bikes are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads, sidewalks, bike lanes, or public trails in some areas.
