Refund Policy

At Buffseek, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Not ridden, damaged, modified, or altered

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, chargers, batteries, keys, tools, and original parts

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email

Used electric dirt bikes, products showing signs of riding, wear, damage, modification, missing parts, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us first at:

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or not as expected.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and delivery surcharges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Because electric dirt bikes are large and heavy products, return shipping costs may be significant. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resellable condition, we may refuse the refund or deduct reasonable costs from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee

For large-item returns that are not caused by product defects or our error, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and warehouse processing costs.

No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to a confirmed defective product, wrong item, or shipping damage caused before delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We will review the case and may offer replacement parts, repair support, an exchange, or a refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it may no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to receive the shipment, or refused delivery without approval, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, ridden, damaged, modified, or altered

  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, charger, battery, keys, tools, or parts

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized repair

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase

  • Gift cards or digital products

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@buffseekbike.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return approval.

Warranty

This Refund Policy only applies to returns and refunds. Product warranty claims may be handled separately according to our Warranty Policy.
