Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Buffseek. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
At this time, we may not be able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@buffseekbike.com before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier schedule, warehouse processing, and freight delivery arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Method
Buffseek electric dirt bikes are large and heavy items and may be shipped by freight, LTL carrier, or other suitable delivery service.
For large-item deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A valid phone number and complete delivery address are required.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment when the carrier arrives.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas, special delivery services, address changes, redelivery attempts, liftgate service, or other carrier-related fees.
If additional shipping fees apply to your order, we may contact you before shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
Buffseek is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional carrier fees, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery appointment, refusal of delivery, or inability to contact the recipient, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, redelivery fees, storage fees, and any applicable restocking fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us at support@buffseekbike.com.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the package carefully when it arrives.
If the packaging appears severely damaged, please take clear photos or videos before opening the package. If possible, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
After receiving your order, please check the product, accessories, charger, battery, tools, manuals, and other included parts.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buffseekbike.com.
Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the shipping label.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will help check with the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. You should also contact us at support@buffseekbike.com so we can assist with the investigation.
Buffseek is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refused Delivery
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first.
If you refuse delivery without prior approval, or if the shipment is returned because you were unavailable, provided an incorrect address, or failed to schedule delivery with the carrier, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, carrier fees, storage fees, and any applicable restocking fee.
International Shipping
We currently focus on shipping within the United States. International shipping may not be available unless otherwise stated on the product page or arranged with our support team in advance.
For any international shipment, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country or region.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, battery regulations, carrier limitations, or local laws.
Buffseek reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if we are unable to ship to the provided address or if shipping is restricted by carrier policy, product type, or applicable regulations.
